Lets just say they blow every travel agency out of the water. I also really just absolutely love Lola's support because they're helpful, quick and definitely friendly. Booking travel can be painful, especially for a whole team. They are ALWAYS there to answer any questions and even provide updates regarding any sort of flight changes. The reporting and the maps of where everyone is at any given time is absolutely wonderful as it enables us to know if we have any employees in a specific area should I crisis occur. I can't remember how many times a flight was delayed or canceled and how the Lola team was able to save the day via chat. Have always had a great experience when dealing with Lola agents. There were limited choices on airlines but the airlines may have been chosen at by my company. Working for a company of 200 employees, many of whom are international, can make reporting and knowing where my employees are at any given time difficult. Lola has helped to lighten my to-do list by always remembering to check me in for flights, help me book another flight when a flight gets delayed or cancelled, and also update me on any issues with hotel reservations. It is extremely well-suited for scaling and unifying the travel booking process. Business problems it addresses, is having one central place for us to book all of our travel as a company and saving on travel expenses as a whole. Our existing travel booking process suggests that I book through a person in the company who acts as a travel agent.
I really like Lola but on the Admin / Manage side of it there are some improvements that I'd like to see made to make it easier to look at profiles, travel history (and current / future trips).

I typically pick a flight I want to take and ask Lola support to book the flight and send the itinerary to my email. Seriously. Lola also allows the company card to be on file securely instead of needing the share the actual company card info. There's no need to look anywhere else. The interface is easy to use and understand and can be used in any department or team in the company. In addition to this, if something were to go awry during travel, Lola's support team are absolutely fantastic and genuinely care. They look out for your best interests by taking pro-active actions when incidents happen with the flights. Lola does not include Southwest flights but you can easily tell them when you want to travel and they can look up flights for you!
I also quite enjoy being able to bundle the trips, as I often book many people for the same trip, and being able to create Trips in Lola to keep it all organized is so much nicer than dealing with 10+ separate flight and hotel bookings! The app and service are amazing.
Their interface is a delight to use (unlike every airline) and their app helps us get booked within minutes. I travel a lot for work and lola has really streamlined the booking process for me. Great overall, and looking forward to improvements as they continue to expand the site's capabilities. The customer support, flexibility and willingness to always ensure that you get to your destination safely.

I am really impressed with Lola's ease of use and customer service! You actually just speak to a human. It's clean, simple, and fast. Not only was it super easy to browse and book flights/hotel accommodations but the customer service is the real highlight. Good to know we're in good hands. When a delayed flight meant I would miss a connection, I had to re-book directly with the airline. There isn't anything I disliked about Lola and we'll be looking to use this more in the future. All of my rewards program information is stored in lola so I know I'll always get points for my travel. Lola.com is being used as the sole platform for scheduling business travel within the company. If there are ever any questions, the customer support is always on top of things. We're primarily addressing the coordination and travel scheduling issues of having a larger number of travel plans to coordinate than would be comfortable for any one person or even for each person to handle themselves. So far with Lola I have always spoke to a person and they've always been extremely helpful. I've used them a few times and I've had zero issues, with the experience being *better* every time that I use it, if anything. Each person individually books their flights, but can pay for it with a pre-saved company card so no individually knows the credentials, but nobody has to front the cost and get reimbursed (which would stink!).

The block I was looking to reserve in was expanding and they contacted them to make sure I got in the reserved block. I find the flight-booking interface to be more intuitive than the one for hotels -- I don't book a ton of hotels when traveling so it's not a huge deal to me, but if I was I could see the strengths of the flight-booking side outshining the hotels part. I wish when you book a RT flight you can choose from different airlines on the return trip. I love the interface. With Lola my company is using them to help with managing 30+ flights being coordinated to get everyone back to our headquarters when we fly our remote employees back to HQ. Lola connects users with a team of travel consultants and customer service personnel who can take care of every step of the travel process. Corporate travel that doesn't feel corporate. It's great! As a remote employee, I am able to search the airlines flights, put in seating preferences and can book travel through my company account. Their website is extremely easy to book travel on.
