As we arrived early before check in, we received a room with double bed, later we received a twin room, 2 beds. There are plenty of restaurants and I'd try a few more when I return.

BUT, the city is dirty, full of beggars and horrible views due to garbage laying on the way to the beaches. breakfast, location, staff, cleanliness , views. The room was very clean and spatious, the beds extremely comfortable, the view - AMAZING. The Hotel New Derby is situated across from the Farul Constanta stadium, within walking distance from Mamaia sea resort, and offers air-conditioned rooms, free internet and free parking. The old center that could look impeccable and attract tourists is still under reconstruction.
