After spending a large amount of money I somehow misplaced my wallet probably left it on a machine I had just come back in from outside so there was only a short period of time where I could have lost it maybe 30 minutes I immediately went to security and told them which happened to be at closing time they were very unhelpful and rude they told me to wait outside because I didn't have my ID and they would have security check on the cameras I waited out front for over an hour I had to call into the casino three times to get an answer out of them after waiting that whole time outside nobody that I called on security had any idea what I was talking about and when I finally got somebody on the phone who did they told me that they're findings were inconclusive and the security person, that I spoke to hung up on me after being incredibly rude I am appalled as the overall lack of professionalism and respect displayed by the staff at this casino I spent a reasonable amount of money and was respectful and polite the entire time not to mention I am a veteran of the United States army and I was treated as if they not only didn't care but treated me as if I had done something wrong I'm not sure that I've ever been treated so incredibly rude by anyone in a professional type setting let alone by not one not two but three different people I absolutely will never be attending this casino again and I suggest that if anyone wants to be treated with even a basic minimum level of respect for human beings then they not attend this casino, we booked a 2 room suite 1/5/21 for 1 night and were having such a good time we decided to extend our stay another night.
